Belgium & Colonies, Bountiful Collection, 1849-1999. Lovingly mounted in three Scott Specialty albums, two of which are Belgium proper, the third mainly Belgian Congo and Ruanda-Urundi; Belgium nearly all used to 1995, with later issues mint, the Colonies mostly mint; Belgium begins with a #1 and continues with the later Leopold issues (condition mixed, but all appear sound); some highlights include the 1893-1907 tabbed issues (regulars and Semi-Postals), all but one used, and all with labels fully attached; Red Cross Semi-Postals 1914-18 (1918 series to the 1F+1F value), Helmets to the 1F value plus the 10F, the 1924, 1931 and 1935 Brussels Philatelic Exhibition sheets, plus Antwerp 1930 (all with Expo cancels in margin), 1925 and 1941-42 Orval issues, etc., along with strong Dues and Parcel Posts, Special Delivery and Officials; German Occupations complete less #N6; Belgian Congo highly complete, with good selections of printings and overprints; Ruanda-Urundi the same, with post-colonial issues included as well, Fine to Very Fine with much better throughout, a lovely, fresh collection within sight of completion; inspect.
