image Asia, Mint & Used Collections of China, Korea, Mongolia, Thailand & Others, 1883-1988, Many premium items among this collection of Asian countries, from a very lightly cancelled China #8 to numerous better used PRC in an album from 1949-78. Much more PRC in a stockbook as well as a catalogue compiled by the China Philatelic Company, which for this collector also doubled as an album as stamps are hinged directly on top of their images. Also note that the catalogue actually comes with the unused souvenir sheet 344a affixed to a page. There are also three extremely well-filled volumes of mint Mongolia (1926-88) and a Scott album with a very strong, mostly used collection of Korea (1884-1978) with such better as mint 1-2, 6-9, 10, 12, 18-24, used 10-11, 13, 16, 25-27, 34, 35-36, 37-38, 227-28. Also in this same volume are Laos (1951-77) with mint 25-26, C13, Thailand (1883-1977) with extensive surcharges on the 1887 King Chulalongkorn issue and such better used as 75-89, 118-22, 155, 204, 222, Manchukuo (1932-45) and other countries, generally Fine to Very Fine, additional images online.
