1918 (5 Nov) YMCA cover franked with Imperial Arms adhesives, paying 30k from Vladivostok to County Sheriff Davenport, Iowa, "rece'd Dec.10-18" docketing, "Opened by Censor" seal and handstamped "Passed by censor 1437" on back, fine cover from Vladivostok to Iowa, using YMCA envelope.
