Treasury Savings, 1920, $1 red on green (Scott TS1), redistributed part o.g., remarkably fresh example of the terribly difficult Treasury Savings stamp with conflicting certificates of authenticity; the A.P.S. cert calls it regummed, and the P.F. cert. calls it part o.g.; still well worth a serious bid, as this stamp is seldom seen at public auction, Fine to Very Fine, with 2002 A.P.S. and P.F. certificates.
