image FIRST ISSUE PRE-PRINTING PAPER FOLD SINGLE AND MULTIPLE ACCUMULATION, includes over 200 various singles and multiples with pre-printing paper folds of varing degrees, there are some very wide folds here, there are a few non-first issue items scattered, neatly displayed on black stock pages, the overall condition is mixed and there are faults, there are some higher catalog value items scattered, many of these stamps would retail in the $50-100 range, some are quite interesting, a great lot for the specialist in this area, certainly a tremendous bargain at $15 each, (ENV 2,000-2,500) (Image)

image STEAMSHIP COLLATERAL AND RELATED ITEMS FROM THE JOHN "JAY" LEWIS COLLECTION, includes a few dozen various items all relating to steamships and Pacific Mail Steamships, a real mixture of material here, some of the more interesting items include: covers, documents, photos, checks, nine stereograph photos, flyers, billheads, passage tickets, insurance policies, photocopies of research items, a magazine, some books, valuing this material is difficult since some of these items are rare and seldom offered anywhere, it took Mr. Lewis many years to accumulate this collateral material, a wonderful lot for the specialist in this area, (ENV 500-750) (Image)
