1938 Presidential Issue (?) compound essay by August Dietz, Sr. (Scott 803E), stamp-size 1¢, 2¢, 7¢ & 10¢ designs typographed in black on a white glossy card; signed by Dietz and inscribed by him, "Designed, but never submitted.", Very Fine. An interesting and attractive piece of Prexie collateral.
