1923, 1¢ Franklin, rotary press coil waste (Scott 594), a spectacular example of this great rarity, as perfectly centered as they can come, fresh with nice wavy-line c.d.s. cancel, Extremely Fine, Scott values are for examples with perforations just touching one frameline—this is a far superior, a Solo Top of the Pop; SMQ values a grade of 90, but none are listed in PSE's Population Report (their highest grade are two 85s) and the finest centerred example we have had the pleasure to offer, this example would grace and highlight the finest of collections, with 2020 P.F. certificate graded XF 90 XQ.
