Accompanied by copy of Nov. 4, 1919, affidavit filed by the original purchaser, Elmer R. Waters, and witnessed by Wilson D. Wood (both of whom initialed the bottom left stamp), providing an interesting historical tidbit, stating, "The clerk refused to sell affiant more than one pane, stating that the Postal Authorities had instructed them to sell only one sheet to each customer" .
