According to Johl, "ALL [of the 4¢ bluish paper] came from the Government Collection at Washington in exchange for other needed varieties."
A very rare stamp, with fewer than 100 examples known, many of which have issues. This lovely stamp is in exceptional quality with excellent centering and long, full perforations. Signed "SA" by dealer Spencer Anderson and has a light backstamp. (Image)
