Hawaii, Last Luau Leavings, 1853-1893, large and varied group, includes small group of stamps with highlights #6, 15 needs certification, 32S with certificate, 52b, 55f, 65 never hinged, group of officials including blocks, R4E and R5E without denominations, complete panes of 53, 54, 59, 18¢ Kahului Railroad stamp and a block of 25 #70, small group of covers, and a large group of mostly mint postal stationery including two Hawaii Wells Fargo imprints on United States #U92, Hawaii #U7 blue inside, about a dozen other envelopes and close to a hundred postal card in mixed condition, American Bank Note Company 1993 Hawaiian souvenir card with inverted image, R8 on stock certificate and specimens of three different Hawaiian Electric company stock certificates, an interesting and unusual group, mixed condition but with many very useful items, generally Fine to Very Fine or better. Hawaii Collection mounted on Mystic pages, 1865-99 (Scott 10//82), very nice starter collection of this popular area, highlights include numerals #22 with certificate and #24, a sparse group of the unoverprinted portraits including #34 and 52C (in wrong place), a nice selection of Provisional Govt overprints including #63, 65, 72 and 73, and nice clean Republic issues, an excellent starter collection; owner enthusiastically labeled several no periods but we don't see no, few minor faults and usual gum issues, Fine to Very Fine.
