Hawaii Collection mounted on Mystic pages, 1865-99 (Scott 10//82), very nice starter collection of this popular area, highlights include numerals #22 with certificate and #24, a sparse group of the unoverprinted portraits including #34 and 52C (in wrong place), a nice selection of Provisional Govt overprints including #63, 65, 72 and 73, and nice clean Republic issues, an excellent starter collection; owner enthusiastically labeled several no periods but we don't see no, few minor faults and usual gum issues, Fine to Very Fine.
