Intensely bold cds and 1861, 3¢ rose tied by equally bold target killer on cover to New York City, originally legal size and reduced on three sides (3½x6¼" actual size), Very Fine appearance, a desirable fort postmark with year date from the year before Wyoming Territory was created.
