Palestine, two covers used at Foreign Post Offices during the Turkish period, 1.) an unmailed 1908 souvenir cover: 8 stamps on a 5pf German stamped envelope with cancels, dated between Feb & Mar of 1908, from Beirut (British), Damascas (Turkish), Haifa (Austrian - 2 different.), Jerusalem (French - 2 different., German and Russian) and a Turkish revenue stamp tied by Nazareth and Tiberias Hotel cancels; Very Fine; 2.) a 1911 registered cover from the Austrian Office in Haifa to Beirut: a 10pa stamped envelope with an additional 1.30pi postage (Scott 47-49), canceled 29 Jan and backstamped Beirut the next day; small tear at of a vertical file fold and slight perf toning, F-VF, Very Fine.
