ADVICE OF DELIVERY FORMS KEVII-QEII: A set of 6 'AR Forms' for letters dated between 1912-1956. All complete but with signs of usage and filing. Inc. a form issued in 1912 at Tiverton with a 2d KEVII stamp affixed, received in Bampton, with fine cds's (hole in top left, some tone spots), and an undamaged (some creases) form issued in Islington in 1943 with two 1½d KGV stamps affixed, delivered to Hatfield.
