The collection consists of sets and part sets of roughly 250 stamps with representation from 9 states, with Scott numbers, including: Johor, ranging from Scott 59/126, including #119-120 (m.h., c.v. $195 total); Negri Sembilan #21/35 (c.v. $151 total); Perak #69-83 (#81-83 n.h., c.v. $280 total); Federated Malay States, ranging from #38/78, including #75 (m.h., c.v. $210); Kedah, ranging from #1/54, including #23/44 (c.v. $285 total), 46-54 (n.h., c.v. $318 total); Kelantan, ranging from #1/42, including #29-41 (m.h., c.v. $201 total); Trengganu, ranging from #1/43, including #43 (c.v. $140), along with a selection of Selangor and Pahang. All pages scanned online. A test indicated stamps are lightly hinged onto pages, leaving a few with little to no hinge traces once removed. Overall very fine. From the estate of a collector who stopped collecting during World War II, and whose albums have not been opened until now. (Image)
