image SAAR FRENCH PROTECTORATE COLLECTION, several hundred mint and used, this is a parallel collection with both mint and used for most issues, mounted on album pages, the collection runs to about 1958 and only covers the French adminstration, the overall condition is very clean with some scattered faults, the mint is mixed hinged and NH, most of the value here is in the used Semi's and Airmails which incudes many complete sets, a very nice collection with room for expansion (Image)
