Saar, Modern Slogan Cancel on Cover Accumulation, 1953-55, Over 1,200 covers in two boxes all from the 1953-55 period. About 500 covers have stamps on them and the rest are slogan 'free' meter mail cancels. There are about 20 different slogan types distributed amongst the covers with and without stamps.
