Russia. PSKOV: 1942, postal stationery envelope with blue black surcharge "Pleskau 20k" on 30k, sent from Pskov City Post Office to field military Commandant's Office. There is a letter of denunciation in Russian and German inside. It is against a woman who was responsible for the delivery of a German propagandist newspaper into Pskov; very likely that this letter led to her arrest and execution. Condition is fresh and VF, rare real commercial mailing, expertized by E. Keiler
