Mint and Used Collection, 1897 to 1964, on older album pages in a binder, including numerous better stamps, such as # 1a, the inverted overprint (mint c.v. $250). We estimate this collection to be about 80% complete in period. There is often a mint and a used example for the same issue, plus extra stamps stacked up to three deep in the mounts, even among some of the better issues. There is additional material in the form of army telegraph revenues and perforated officials as well. Overall fine to very fine. (Image)
