image German States Collection Scott Specialty Album - A pretty advanced collection with likely over a 1000 mostly used stamps mounted on specialty pages. Good representations of all States starting with North German Confederation and going to Wurttemberg. There is also much collateral material included especially in the revenues that makes this collection more appealing. We also spotted multiples and stationery. Reprints, as always, are likely in areas. On a bad note, the collection has had some moisture on the bottom affecting all pages (sensitive noses beware) and a small number of stamps and remounting would do wonders. So please review.
