We noted a good mix of commemoratives and definitives as well as airmail, special delivery, Official overprinted "G", postage due, with many better plate blocks such as #216 plate 2 (Britannia block of 6 and block of 4), Peace issues (14¢, 20¢), #339 plate 1 hibrite paper (3¢ Wilding), Centennial Landscape definitives (all values up to $1) including 465ii hibrite (25¢), and more. Starting with hinged blocks of 4 such as #34 (SQ ½¢), #149/154 (Scroll issue 1¢, 2¢, 4¢, 5¢, 8¢), #184, #191 and more. Followed by what appears to be all never hinged inscription plate blocks, from #274 to #1603. We noted one plate block per issue, with no duplication noticed, and well represented for the period. We noted better such as hinged plate blocks #163, #165, #166, #167, #169, #170, #172 (Arch issue 1¢, 2¢, 3¢, 5¢, 8¢), #190, #191, #260 (Corvette), #465B NH ($1 Landscape PVA), four precancelled warning strips of 20 of the 1c War issue (Plates 22, 24, 25), and more. Hinged at the beginning, becoming all NH from #274 to #1943. Mostly one plate block per issue, with no duplication noticed and well over $800 in face value. Nice clean lot, overall very fine. (Image)

Centering varies, but is mostly very fine, with a few early issues catalogued as fine (one of the $1 Totem items is stained and was not counted, and all of the modern issues were counted as cheapest fluorescence, etc.). A cursory look revealed hinged items mostly in the earlier issues, but the majority appears NH. We noted many better such as #s 241 (2 PBs, hinged in margins $105), 259 (matched set hinged with hairline variety $291), 321 (matched set NH $200), 411 (2 matched sets NH $720), 465B (2 matched sets NH $320), and more. We noted many different plate numbers, sheet positions, some varieties such as ribbed paper, and shifted tagging. Duplication up to 25 of each.
