5c on 3d Seal of British Columbia Surcharge Perforated 12½ on Cover, mailed from Victoria on JUN.26 (probably 1869) to Victoria, this yellow cover with Star of David embossed backflap is franked with a 5c on 3d Seal of British Columbia surcharge, perforated 12½, properly tied by the Victoria c.d.s. Opening faults, especially on back do not detract from the rarity of this cover, which isn't priced in Unitrade. Ex Dale-Lichtenstein and accompanied by a 2004 Philatelic Foundation certificate.
