image 1860 2½d dull rose Queen Victoria Perforated 14 on Folded Cover, addressed to Victoria, this folded cover (no contents) is addressed to Victoria V.I. and has a light circular B.C. Express handstamp at top right. The stamp is not tied by a postmark, but apparently belongs to the cover, as attested by an accompanying 2018 Greene Foundation certificate stating that the stamp "is tied to cover by a coloured crease".
