1865 5c rose Queen Victoria on Cover, mailed from Victoria on AUG.15.1868 to Nanaimo. The stamp, which is a scarce upper marginal copy, is cancelled (but not tied) by a #35 in grid. It got properly tied in New Westminster on the same day by their c.d.s. Water damage at bottom right and cut down at left, still fine and attractive. Rsv. (Image)
