image Collection of Mint and Used Perforated Officials, in a specialized Wrigley album with introduction. An extensive collection, with many positions, reversed, sideways, etc plus we noted some broken perf pins, a mint plate block, many blocks of four, compound combinations, and more. Sparse in the 5-hole section. Mix of mint and used, and saw a few never hinged. A nice collection, worthy of continuation. The catalogue value does not take for account most of the very fine centering premium, the plate block premium or the never hinged. Also includes some private perfins (not counted).
