image British Pacific, Postal History Accumulation, ca. 1900-2000s, Just over 500 covers, postal cards and postcards from Australia, New Zealand & the British South Pacific housed loose in a box. About half the lot is from New Zealand & Dependencies, the rest are from Australia (including States), Papua & New Guinea, Samoa, Tonga, Seychelles, Niue, Tokelau Islands, Fiji, Norfolk Island, Cook Islands, and other smaller islands. The time period stretches from the turn of the century to the early 2000s, the majority being in the 1940-80s period. Philatelic covers make up about 40% of the lot and are on cachets with complete sets. There are some WWII censored covers from Australia, a few Antarctica items and 16 Tonga Tin Can Mail covers, most with free-form stamps. Colorful group with great Thematic potential.
