 1936-47, Quartet of Covers/Cards, comprising Manchukuo 2f unused postal card and two 1939 covers to Portland, Oregon: one franked 20f dark brown (#97), one Registered "Norwegian Lutheran Mission/Tsitsihar, Manchukuo" corner card cover bearing 10f, 20f and 30f (#93, 97-98), plus Manchuria Local Overprint Harbin overprint in red on Manchukuo 50f yellow green (Kerr 54.4), block of 12 and two pairs, canceled by Kirin dotted-rim bilingual c.d.s. on reverse of Apr. 15, 1947 Registered Airmail cover to Shanghai (4.22), late use of this Local issue which a number of authoritative sources consider to be a legitimate issue of the Northeastern Provinces, Fine to Very Fine, all imaged online.
