U.S. and Foreign, Mint & Used Collections in Albums, 1847-1977, The main highlight of this particular lot is a very respectable United States (1847-1973) collection, used early on but complete mint from 1930 onwards. Housed in two Scott volumes, better used include #1-2, 36B, 73, 76, 115-16, 523-24, E1, and mint 296, 299, 328-30, 506-16, 518, 548-50, 551-72, 581-91, 630, 658-67, 669-77, 679, 692-701, 803-34, C1-6, C13-15, C18, E3, PR5. Five other albums/binders, three of which are pages from a set of Scott Internationals and decently filled too with a mixture of mint and used. Other nice surprises include a set of counter pages with such better as U.S. mint 234-35, 287-89, 297-99, C1, C4, a handful of Ducks including mint RW22-24, USPS annual mint sets for 1974-77, and a cigar box of U.S. plate blocks with unexpected MNH blocks of six of 279 & 300.
