School/College Stamps, Etc., Interesting Collection, About 50 stamps, mostly mounted and annotated with lots of original researsch; most, but not all, Springer listed, including a 3¢ stamp from Chamberlain Institute near Jamestown, N.Y. accompanied by the 1942 letter with which it was submitted to George Sloane, the writer noting that he "had owned it since about 1884 and never knew what to do with it." Also included are three British "Edinburgh & Leith" Circular Delivery or Parcel Delivery stamps, and much more. Condition varies somewhat, but a marvelous lot of this fascinating subject.
