On Scott country pages, complete from #8-250, with Back-of-the-Book included as well; virtually all mint (a handful of used stragglers are here), fresh and clean; starting with the Guiné-overprinted Cape Verde issues, the collection runs unimpeded through 1938 Common Designs, with Airs, Dues, Newspaper, Postal Tax and Postal Tax Due stamps featuring as well; note #9 and 15 mint, #17 with a lovely blue target cancel, Kings and overprints, Ceres complete including #179L-179M mint, 233-250 never hinged, etc.; missing just the First Issue, War Tax and #J25 to complete, Fine to Very Fine with better, nothing foul here; inspect, International Society for Portuguese Philately certificate for #15 (noting gum thins).
