German States, Specialist's Delight. Study group comprising a stack of stockcards and glassines, with postal cards and picture post cards as well; overwhelming majority are Bavaria Numerals and Arms issues, though later issues found as well, along with selections of Saxony, Thurn & Taxis, Baden and early Empire (even a used 1M Berlin Dove!); mostly used, with a wide array of numeral cogwheel cancels, straightlines, c.d.s.'s (many socked-on-the-nose), Postabflage, double-ring, etc., etc.; a bit discombobulated but well worth the time to arrange and organize; high cumulative catalogue value, Fine to Very Fine+, a magnificent find for the collector or dealer.
