image China, 1894-97, Empress Dowager 60th Birthday, outstanding accumulation, a wonderful and substantial holding of mint or used singles or multiples, better values, cancellations, spacing varieties, etc., assembled on a group of stockpages; we note better items such as ½¢ on 3ca small figure surcharge (Scott 28, Chan 37; two full double-panes of 40 plus two part, interpanneau panes of 36 and 38, each of these with smallish flaws or toning), plus many mint premium singles like Scott #49 (interpanneau block of 8), 42 (2), 47 strip of 4, 52, 56, 68 (2), 69 (2), 73 pair; 4 mm spacing like #28f, 29b, 30d, 30f, 32b, 35c (signed FZ Chun); quantities of mint or used 1894 Dowagers, #53 with extremely fine Chungking oval, premium used items on piece, and much, much more, the majority Fine to Very Fine, a splendid and valuable lot; inspection invited.
