image 1923, 2¢ Washington, type I, carmine lake color error, horizontal rotary press coil (Scott 599b), wonderful selection of eight strips of four to eight, each with guide line, six with partial plate number, and four with either leader or trailer strip; plate numbers from about 10% to 50%, with #19890, 19918, 19971, 19975, 19997, and 20122 represented; one strip of six with leader noted "fragile perforations at guide line", strip of four with trailer noted position 3 with a laminated thin, otherwise sound and fresh, o.g., never hinged, Very Fine, a tough stamp in its own right, even more appealing thus, each with 2019 P.S.E. certificate.
