exchange. The given destination 'Tyskland' has been indicated as improper with blue crayon and the indicium 5 öre has demonstratively been covered up with one of the stamps prepaying the letter rate. Sometimes, Sweden went over board reading the UPU
rules – in this case it was a misinterpretation of the prescription, before the short period when Sweden really taxed such usages. Highly interesting item.
