A RARE ORIGINAL PRINTED ACT BY PARLIAMENT FROM 1657 SETTING UP THE GENERAL POST OFFICE IN GREAT BRITAIN AND IRELAND. AN IMPORTANT PRE-PHILATELIC DOCUMENT FOR ANY POSTAL HISTORY COLLECTION.
