1690		96c Pale Rose, 1875 Issue (PR23 var). Unused (no gum), beautifully centered with Jumbo margins, pretty pale shade on fresh white paper EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A MAGNIFICENT UNUSED EXAMPLE OF THE 96-CENT CONTINENTAL PRINTING IN THE PALE ROSE SUB-SHADE WITH OUTSTANDING CENTERING, COLOR, IMPRESSION AND PAPER. SUPERB IN EVERY RESPECT. We have offered only two examples of PR23 with original gum in the last 25 years. We have offered two others without gum since 2004.
