VERY FINE EXAMPLE OF THE RARE 1919 2-CENT TYPE II ROTARY PERF 11 X 10, SCOTT 539.

A review of P.S.E.'s online records reveals how rare this issue is with anything resembling decent centering. No stamp in any condition has been graded higher than VF 80 by P.S.E.
