910   New Zealand interesting holding. Hundreds on stockcards, many Chalon Heads, both imperf and perf, incl. two with pin roulettes that the B.P.A. certificates state "not possible to certify when the apparent separations were applied", this early group has a high catalogue value and is in typical mixed condition, after that there are many unused and used stamps, varieties, a few proofs and specimen overprints, Back-of-Book, incl. some unused "O.S.P.O." overprints, which some students believe only exist as reprints, five with RPS London certificates opting to call them forgeries, while three have RPSNZ certificates where they are described as reprints, also Postal Fiscals and Life Insurance stamps, the later stamps are largely Fine-Very Fine, inspection is recommended to see just how much value there is
