RECORDED EXAMPLE OF THE LAURENS COURT HOUSE 5-CENT POSTMASTER'S PROVISIONAL WITH THE FRAMED "PAID", SCOTT 116XU1. The Federal and re-appointed Confederate postmaster at Laurens C.H. was Edward Anderson. Only a small number of his provisional
