Tonga, "Counter Offer" Mint Souvenir Sheets, Booklets & Blocks in Counter Books, 1963-2019, Housed in four counter books, incredible mint stock of strictly souvenir sheets, booklets and se-tenant blocks & strips right up almost to the present day.
