Poland, "Counter Offer" Mint Souvenir Sheets, Booklets & Blocks in Counter Books, 1937-2019, Housed in two counter books, incredible mint stock made up almost entirely of souvenir sheets, booklets and se-tenant blocks & strips right up almost to the present day. Some better earlier material, like #314-16 (2), 830 (2), 1078 (mini-sheet), B31 (3), B107 (2), C26Cd (including one with Groszy handstamp), Scott-footnoted souvenir sheets of 1147-50 (3), 1186-87, 1263-64 (2), and just a few used but good ones, such as B29 (3) and B31 (2). Emphasis is however on the modern era, with many items in duplication but not crazy amounts, normally just one or two extras.
