French Africa, "Counter Offer" Mint Souvenir Sheets, Booklets & Blocks in Counter Books, 1905-2014, The countries of Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoro Islands, Gabon, Guinea, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, the People's Republic of Congo, Senegal, Tunisia, and others, all housed in 19 counter books with incredible mint stock made up almost entirely of souvenir sheets, booklets and se-tenant blocks & strips with some countries into the 2010s. And not just for the collector of French Africa but a treasure trove for the topical collector as well.
