An impressive specialized balance which is practically complete for everything cataloging less than $300 or so, including (all mint) #15T27-29, 31-35, 40-41, 44-45, 46b (2) and 49A (2); also included are two partial booklets from 1896 to 1906 used to illustrate the front and back covers of each year's booklet, the best one being 15T26: one booklet with 9 panes + 2 stamps, the other with 8 panes (stuck to interleaving) + 3 stamps. Additional collateral includes 20 colorful 20th century advertising/promotional labels, a "Toy" Telegram form and matching envelope with a child's letter to Santa, and a "Telegram" cover with a Postal Telegraph-Cable Co. corner card mailed locally in Detroit, Feb 13, 1897.
