Co. by Cleveland Apr. 13, 1936 "Buy U.S. Savings Bonds/Ask Your Postmaster" slogan cancel (but obviously don't ask him to confirm the stamp you're using is real!); cover with vertical file fold at left and light toning, but otherwise sound, Fine to Very Fine, Scott notes that the #634 counterfeits are the most often seen until modern times, but exact quantities are unknown.
