3674 og/O 134//191 imageSpecialized Bank Notes Collection, 1870-88 (Scott 134//191), neatly arranged and partly annotated on Scott or stock pages, an impressive and rarely seen holding of these workhorse issues; features numerous double paper examples (including a single stamp showing the transition from single to double), pre-printing paper folds, ribbed paper examples, a wide range of cancels (Fancies, colored, Railroad, Supplementary Mail, etc., plus used pairs, strips, and blocks of four to 50 (!), some on piece; particular interest paid to the 10¢ Jeffersons; condition varies but a stellar holding sure to please the specialist, generally Fine to Very Fine with better throughout, fully imaged online. A most difficult stamp in superior quality., with 2006 P.F. certificate graded XF 90.
