British Asia, Strong Classics of Ceylon, India, Nepal & Others, 1854-1960, Covering the countries of South Asia, a mix of mint & used in a Scott Specialty album; mostly hinged but many stamps in mounts too. Many strong classics throughout, but it would be hard to compete with Ceylon (1857-1958), an exceptional collection with an impressive array of QV Heads. India (1854-1959) is no slouch either with premium items, such as used #2, 4, 5, 18, 31-35, 50-52, 74-75, and mint 28, 31-35, 71-73, 203-06. Australia (1913-2005) opens the show with a nice array of Roos & KGV Heads; take a close look at the scans, because there will be some high value items here, such as a mint £1 Roo (#57).
