2136   imageU.S., A Superior Back-of-the-Book Mint Collection and Accumulation, 1879-1968. A special collector built all mint holding containing several hundred mint stamps, coils and booklet panes in seven back-of-the-book areas all on Hagner black pages in a binder. There is simply too much here to detail the stamps which also include a number of "High" grade gems. We note a fair number of never hinged as well. Many items have a Scott value over $100. Up to many hundreds each. Areas included are: an excellent section of Special Delivery issues with multiples on most of the difficult early issues and a Scott value of $11,359, Airmails feature C1-C6 Total $1,300. in Scott, Shanghai has a number of gem stamps at $2,963. in Scott, Parcel Post has two full mint sets plus extras and some blocks of 4 and Scott is $3,354. Saving stamps feature numerous booklet panes and total $2,843. The always scarce imperforate flat plate coils in line pairs and strips has a Scott of $2,559.
