1862, Victor Emmanuel II, 10c bister (Scott 17), vertical strip of 3 tied on a folded cover to Naples by 4 Jan 1863 c.d.s.s with illegible town name; the strip is from positions 40, 45 & 50 in the sheet, imperf at the bottom, with the bottom stamp also having a double head; backstamped Naples c.d.s.s, 7 Jan, and small "Porta Lettr./4a/Distrib" handstamp; the bottom stamp in the strip has a few clipped perfs at the lower left, still a F-VF and very rare triple franking, signed A. Diena & P. Cardillo, with a 2020 Cardillo certificate.
