1334			A Wagon Train of Wells Fargo Covers, most definitely an OK corral of approximately 130 of these sought-after covers, most with imprint on 2¢ or 3¢ embossed envelope entires ranging from #U10 to #U349, though one 1918 cover franked with 3¢ Washington-Franklin plus #E11 and one stampless cover to the Commissioner of Pensions in Washington, DC, with blue "Wells Fargo/Express/San Francisco." handstamp plus red New York "Free" postmark; a variety of imprints are encountered, with "Paid" notification "Over Our California and Coast Routes", "Over Our Lines in the United States", "Through Our California and Atlantic Express", plus a couple attractive pictorial "Paid Over All Our Lines within the United States" (one dated 1883, one 1884); nice mix of cancel types and colors, a couple all-over advertising covers, etc., along with seven Wells Fargo Mexico covers; bonus material of 11 other Western Express Company covers; condition varies a bit, but overall a clean and most presentable stock, individually sleeved with marked retail of $23,000, Fine to Very Fine, pony up for this lot.
