Great Britain, 1841, 2d pale blue, "white lines" (SG 13), strip of 10, plate 4, BC-BL (BH with "spectacles" variety), mostly clear to large margins except just touch at left and cut in at upper right of BL, canceled illegible barred numerals on 1854 folded cover from Kenmare (Ireland) to New York, red "Paid" and small "42/Cents" credit handstamp, postmarked red Kenmare and Killarney circular datestamps, both 6 Mar, on reverse, along with red "BA" circle, 7 Mar, and blue Liverpool diamond, 8 Mar; the cover has been cosmetically refolded and a horizontal file fold the width of the strip, where it was originally folded over the top of the cover, has been skillfully pressed, along with a vertical fold through BL, Very Fine appearance.
