1916, 3¢ violet, type II, double private perforations (Scott 484 var.), guide line at right margin, perforated Schermack type III and private perf 13 of unknown origins, the latter at a slight angle, neat machine cancel, Very Fine, exceedingly rare, with 2015 P.S.E. certificate.
